With every extra tattoo I get on my thighs the happier I am with them and have no problem showing them off now.
Recently someone I thought was a friend said some pretty … nasty things about me to me - it took a while to come back from it but with every session on my tattoos I gain more of the confidence back.

My dad died when I was 10 and this is my tribute to him. It’s a quote by Emily Dickinson—his favorite poet. “Unable are the loved to die, for love is immortality.” It’s on my inner ankle.
After getting the tattoo, I got rude comments from people online, even strangers on the metro. They asked me why I’d get a tattoo on my fat “cankle” and told me it looked like I was obese just from that picture alone.
A year and a half later, I love my tattoo, I love its location, and I love its meaning. On December 5 I’m getting another on my other inner ankle. :)
